1.These are the terms and conditions that apply when you buy goods from us online (Online Shopping).

2.When you buy goods from us online, you agree to these terms and conditions and that we may send invoices to you electronically.

3.Courier delivery/postage(SA only)

Normally 2-4 working days ( regional/remote area takes longer)
We ship within SA only
R75 flat rate per permanent method order. Please make sure the correct address is filled in.

Payment:

Banking details will follow, please use your order number only to pay

We do not take:

Any Cheque, cheque deposit, Any international deposit/EFT.

Buyer beware on color

Human hair colour will vary from packet to packet, and batch to batch, type to type.

Photos

We cannot guarantee every computer monitor/cell phone will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise.

Return and exchange:

Exchange can be made within 10 days from the arrival of your order. You can either bring it to us or use postnet. Buyer will pay for the return postage.

In its original packaging, clearly untouched, unworn and odor-free, with all tag, bands intact
All hair which has been used/opened/tired on etc wont be exchanged. We do not offer cash refunds.

Hair extensions, weaves and wigs are hygiene sensitive products. If the products have been removed from the packaging, or if the packaging seal has been broken, they will not be exchanged.

These items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Tape in hair extensions are ordered in by factory/supplier and non defective tape ins cannot be exchanged or returned. Keratin Bonds, and Microrings

Courier or postage fee cannot be refunded.

Buy to sell/ middleman beware:

Buy to sell at your own risk. You must be sure about what your client wants and willing to pay to you.

How to exchange your item: Contact us with your order number

Hours: Monday to Thursday: 9am to 5pm
Friday and Saturdays: 9am to 4pm

We cannot accept liability on a product that has become defective due to poor maintenance, or messed up due to chemical processing anywhere else at home or another salon ( dye and bleaching wrong are the most often cases ). Wear and tear on the hair itself is depending on how well its cared for

Therefore, if you install /Chemical processes your hair at a third party and encounter issues, we will not be responsible for the damage.If you are buying to install for a third party, you will do so at your own judgement. Le Belle does not offer any warranty or guarantee on behalf of third party fitter or middleman on their work.

Product availability:If an item has become sold out and we are not able to supply, we will contact you immediately to make an arrangement.
